If your Order contains a “Custom Gown”, the entirety of your order processing time will be approximately 12 - 15 Business Days. Expedited processing options may be available for “Custom Gown”, please make your request by phone or email (Additional fees may apply). Prior to checking out, please review your order and be aware that by placing this order you understand and accept the extended 12 - 15 Business Days processing time.

Shipping Time (which is not the same as the processing time)
It takes about a week for standard shipping (5-8 business days). You can reduce this time by paying for faster shipping such as 3-4 business days.

Just remember the shipping time is in addition to the processing time. You need to add together both the production time and the shipping time to get a time estimate for your order. As this is an estimate only JudicialAttire.com cannot refund the order or the shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.

Out of Stock

If any item(s) become out of stock after an order is placed, one of our customer service representatives will contact you via telephone or email and inform of available options in an effort to remedy any issues. We will ask whether you would like to proceed with your order or make changes to your order. Product substitutions are available upon request. Out of stock items will typically be placed on Back Order and extended processing times may apply.

International Orders & Shipping Rates 

We will ship to some foreign locations. Such locations generally include Canada, Europe, South America, Japan and a few other locations. You can check if your country is available by simulating placing an order on our website. We can also place the order over the phone if you do not find your country. However because such shipments often involve the peculiarities of the various tariffs trade and import/export laws around the globe we may not be able to ship some orders overseas due to the cost of researching the laws for that location.

International orders may be subject to customs/duty charges, as well as any VAT or country specific taxes that may apply. Such responsibilities are shouldered by the customer.

Do you accept purchase orders? How do I get an official quote?

Yes, we accept purchase orders. Please contact us via email with the details of your order, we will get back to you with a quote and w9.

How to select my size?

For In-stock Robes:

You need to provide us with each customer's height with shoes on for the gown and weight. You do not need to provide cap size as our standard caps are one size fits all with elastic. Please see the our size chart. 

For Custom Robes: 

We would appreciate it if you could take the time to reconfirm that you measured each part of body and got the correct measurements for your custom judge robe. We want to make sure that the robe fits you correctly and you are happy with what we are providing you. In addition, all custom robes are non-exchangeable or refundable so it’s important measurements are done correctly the first time.

Please see the our size chart. Please confirm:

  • Shoulder width (from tip of the shoulder, across the back, to the opposite side tip of the shoulder)
  • Sleeve length (middle neck to shoulder to wrist, refer to our measuring guidelines page)
  • Chest measurement
  • Waist measurement
  • Length of the gown
  • Height (from head to toe with shoes)

 - The gown length is measured on the backside - from top middle neckline, straight down to bottom length of hem.

- The neckline sits a little bit higher than the shoulder line - there can be a 1-2" difference.

 - Gown lengths will normally hang to the middle of the shins (multiple inches above ankles).

 -For the sleeve length, we normally ask to measure up to the wrist, but if you prefer it longer, let us know how long you need it.

Is a garment bag included with my order?

What is the material of your gowns? Washing Instructions?

Our gowns are all made of 100% polyester. Purely made polyester, like our products, is extremely strong, extremely durable and has excellent properties such as being hydrophobic in nature that leads to quick-drying and stain resistance.

We recommend dry cleaning for all of our products in order to keep the integrity of the garment. However, our products can be washed in a machine using the gentle cycle or handwashed. For drying, please hang dry. The material can be ironed on a low setting.
